Hey Prosper Fam!
Whether you're heading back to school, starting a new semester in college, or returning to work after summer break, this transition can feel like a big shift. We're here to give you tips to stay organized through this transition while keeping you feeling relaxed.

Step 1: Get Organized
Use a planner or calendar - This will help you keep track of important deadlines and events Create to-do lists - It feels great to check off tasks, and writing them down can help declutter your mind and reduce stress.
Set Goals - Set small, achievable goals each week to stay motivated and on track.

Step 2: Stay Relaxed
Exercise - Even a walk or stretch during lunch break can significantly boost your mood. Practice Deep Breathing - this releases stress and centers your mind. Try meditation or mindfulness exercises to stay present.
Checkout the "Activities" tab in Prosper
Journal your thoughts - writing can help you process and reset.

Step 3: Focus on what you can control
Accept that some things are out of your hands.
Channel your energy toward what you can influence, like your attitude, habits, and choices. Celebrate small wins—they add up!
September is National Suicide Prevention Month
This is time to remind ourselves that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. A simple check-in with those around you can make a big difference - you never know who might need the support. Prosper is always in your corner.
