If you’re into writing down your thoughts, “The Five Minute Journal” is a great place to get started as this journal gives gratitude prompts for both the morning and night
 
 
Share your appreciation
 
Send a friend or loved one a thank you text or card to show your appreciation towards them. This will not only bring them a smile, but you as well!
 
 
Take a Mindful Walk
 
Take a mindful walk outside. This break in nature will allow you to appreciate the outdoors and will give you a positive mood boost.
